As this disease, and ^Meningitis, re- quire constant and expert nursing, the Hospital work was increased to a greater extent than the number of patients would indicate. During the year 1932 there were treated in the above hos]fital : — II Cases of Scarlet Fever. 2 Cases of Diphtheria. 2 Cases of Typhoid Carriers. 2 Cases of Pulmonary Tuberculosis. I Case of Paratyphoid was admitted which was also suf- fering from Acute Pneumonia and whicli subseciuently died. C. M.
