A Chinese blue silk coat, worked with dragons, flames and waves in gold thread. A panel of old Persian needlework, designed with foliage and medallions in coloured silks, 2lin. by 18in., another with flowers in gold thread on red ground, 2lin. by 1[8in., and a panel of Genoa velvet. An Arabian coat of blue silk, with designs in silver thread. A panel of blue silk brocade, designed with flower branches, English, XVIIth century, 54in. by 59in. Two pieces of old silk brocade, designed with flowers, three stoles and a maniple. A Chinese skirt of brown silk, worked with flowers and emblems, a border designed with figures and flowers, and two small panels. A set of twelve chair covers, embroidered with bouquets and branches of flowers in coloured silks on cream ground. A panel of scarlet cloth, the ends embroidered with vases and flower branches. A panel of Chinese crimson silk, worked with figures, birds and flowers, and with large characters in coloured silks and gold thread, and small glass medallions, 27in. by 160in. A long panel of yellow silk brocade, designed with formal flowers and foliage, I5lin. by 20in., and another, 76in. by |4in., Italian, XVII]Ith century. An Eastern table cover, worked with foliage in blue and yellow, 40in. by 36in., and another, with medallions, etc., 53in. by 4lin. A border of Chinese needlework, designed with birds and flowering plants on buff ground, 24in. by 8lin. Three pieces of old silk brocade, and six others, of green silk damask.
