The ANNUAL COURT OF GOVERNORS will be held at the INFIRMARY on SATURDAY, 20th APRIL, 1940, at 3 p.m., for the following purposes :— To adopt the Annual Report of the Committee of Management for the past year. To adopt the Annual Report of the Herbert Memorial Committee for the past year. To elect an Honorary Consulting Physician. To appoint Officers for the ensuing year. To appoint Sunday, 21st July, 1940, as the date of the Anniversary Service. To grant power to the Committee of Management to affix the Common Seal at any time prior to the next Annual Court to such documents as they may in their discretion think fit. To transact such other business as may be brought before the Court. By Order, JOHN WILLIAMS, Secretary-Superintendent. Extract from the Charter of Incorporation. “That the said Infirmary is governed by a society composed of the Contributors and “others, and known as ‘The Governors of the Salisbury Infirmary’.” “ That the Governors of the said Infirmary are all persons who have given Fifty pounds “or more to the said Infirmary, every Executor first named in any Will whereby a Legacy of “ One Hundred pounds at least is given to the said Infirmary, all Annual Subscribers of “Two Guineas and upwards during the continuance of such Subscriptions, and the Consult- “ ing and Acting Physicians and Surgeons of the said Infirmary.’’ Supported by Voluntary
