Signed minutes of monthly and Annual General Meetings of Board of Directors, which contain minutes of meetings of Committees including Finance, House, Farm, Works and Gardens. This volume of minutes deals with the transfer of functions to the National Health Service. The last official monthly meeting of the Board of Directors of the Crichton Royal Institution was held on 11 June 1948. Included at the rear of the volume are the minutes of a meeting of the Special Committee appointed by the Board of Directors, July 1948; and a meeting of the Directors concerning the final accounts and transfer of assets, January 1949.
