Description

Souvenir booklet with portraits of the "ladies of the English stage" who had volunteered to serve in Harrod's department store as part of the publicity and fundraising promotion, the Salon of Fragrance and Fair Women, "the whole proceeds" of which were to be given to the Middlesex Hospital Prince Alexander of Teck Memorial Fund. The cover is an attractive line illustration of a woman surrounded by roses in an art nouveau style.
