1 volume 351 [344] pp. 4to. 211/2 × 151/2 cm. Original vellum binding, with flap. The title-page and preliminary matter, and a leaf or leaves at the end are wanting. Some leaves damaged in the margins and corners. The pagination is irregular, pp. 135-139, 263, 288 have been dropped.

J. B. Gualdo whose name is found at the end of the text calls himself 'Albeitar' and this MS. appears to be an original unpublished work by him. His name has not been found in any of the bibliographies, and it is also possible that he may be only the translator of an unidentified veterinary work of the 16th or 17th century.
