Strength of Wheat NRG 1 egg and 1 extra yolk soaked in a little milk 1 tablespoonful salad oil Method 1. Parboil marrow and onion. 2. Mix these with peas, Strength of Wheat, half the cheese, and 1 beaten egg. . Put in a fireproof dish and press in firmly. . Beat egg yolk with salad oil and pour over. . Sprinkle with grated cheese. . Bake in a hot oven 15 minutes. . Serve with watercress or tomatoes. 61.
