![f CONDITIONS of SALE,, !ft/pHAT the Perfon who bids moft is the:: j[ Buyer*, but if any Difpute arifes, the: , Lot or Lots be put up to fale again. 2d, That no Perfon advance lefs than Three¬ pence each Bidding*, after Five Shillings, Six-pencei and after the Lot arifes to One Pound, not lefs than One Shilling. 3d, The Books are prefumed to be perfefl:. unlels otherwife exp re fifed; but if upon collating: at the Place of Sale, any fhould prove imperfedl, the Purchafer will be at Liberty to take or reject them, 4th, That each Perfon give in his Name, anc pay Five Shillings in the Pound (if demanded] for what he buys *, and that no Lot be deliverer i • in Time of felling, unlefs fir ft paid for. 5th, The Lots mu ft be taken away at th< Buyer’s Expence, and the Money paid at th< Place of Sale, within three Days after the Sale h ended.
