And when* by means of any kind of Adds whatever* Mer¬ cury be depriv'd of its natural fluid Form ; any Alcali, that can altogether free it from fo¬ reign Acids, will prefently* by fo doing* re- ilore it to what it was at hrit* i. e. running Mercury.
