Description
This film is intended to show that babies are being born with needless disabilities in Britain everyday because of the government's failure to launch a proper antenatal programme similar to those already operating with great success in some other European countries. Featured in the film are Lewis Carter-Jones MP and James Loring, Director of the Spastics Society.
