    PLEASE REMEMBER THE INFIRMARY IN YOUR WILL. If you cannot endow a bed or cot, leave something, however small, to help the sick and suffering. FORM OF PECUNIARY BEQUEST. *Or for the per¬ petual Endow¬ ment of a Bed to my memory in the said General In¬ firmary, or for the perpetual Endow¬ ment of a Cot to the Memory of 5 bequeath to the General Infirmary, Salisbury, the sum of £. sterling (free of duty) to be applied* to the general purposes of the said Infirmary, and I declare that the receipt of the Treasxirer or other proper officer for the time being of the said Infirmary shall be a sufficient discharge for the same. FORM OF RESIDUARY BEQUEST. ^Strike out the words in brackets if all the residue is given. If only part is given insert the part such as “half” or “third” or “ fourth,” &c. 5 bevise aitb bequeatb the residue of my estate and effects whether real or personal unto my Trustees upon trust that my Trustees shall sell call in and convert into money the same or such part thereof as shall not consist of money and shall with and out of the moneys produced by such sale calling in and conversion and with and out of my ready money pay my funeral and testimentary expenses and debts and the legacies bequesthed by this my Will or any Codical hereto and shall stand possessed of the residue of the said moneys (*as to one. part thereof) upon trust for the General Infirmary Salisbury to be applied to the general purposes of that Institution and I declare that the receipt of the Treasurer or other proper officer for the time being of the said Infirmary shall be a sufficient discharge to my Trustees for all moneys so paid as aforesaid. NOTE.—By virtue of the Mortmain and Charitable Uses Act, 1891 (54 and 55 Viet. c. 73), every kind of property may be lawfully given by Will to the Infirmary.
