    have had twelve years nearly added to their lives, thus rendering many somewhat less able-bodied than on their admission. # There has been no change in the Staff connected with the Administrative department during the year. The various duties of those connected with this depart¬ ment have been carefully and conscientiously performed, and their conduct and deportment have been satisfactory.
