About this work
Description
Bacteria are becoming resistant to antibiotics. People have become complacent, thinking antibiotics can cure everything. Some diseases are now affecting affluent groups and it is an on-going war against bacteria to protect ourselves. Prof. Marilyn Roberts says good hygiene is critical. People should always wash their hands! And if they are sick they should stay at home - i.e. quarantine themselves and not spread disease. These are old recommendations, but people have forgotten the obvious.
