The Third Red Cross Roll Call was an appeal to the American public, from Sunday November 2 1919 to Tuesday November 11 1919, for a $15,000,000 fund for the improvement of public health, including the provision of more public health nurses, the establishment of public health centres, the reduction of tuberculosis and the reduction of infant mortality
