![Bunch attention on the feeding time and learn to be your own umpire and diagnosti- cian. It is not equally necessary for one to know about neurons and ganglia and capillaries, for with healthy initial nutrition all the other proc- esses of the life of the body will work in har- mony. Expression of their harmonic accom- plishments will be shown in abundant energy of mind and body, and this will be sufficient evi- dence of the profitableness of concentration of attention upon the vitally important alimentary canal, and especially at the time it is being served with nutritive material. The body is then, by care or neglect, being rightly fed or dangerously poisoned, healthfully nourished or afflicted with the strain of overwork. We are all in the game, and the responsibility of each is to study, understand, and care for him- self, beginning with the fundamental necessity of an intelligent Economic Nutrition.
