    FORM OF BEQUEST. I Bequeath to the Royal Albert Asylum at Lancaster the sum of free of duty, to be applicable for the purposes of such Institution, and I declare that the receipt of the Treasurer, or other proper officer, for the time being, of such Institution shall be a sufficient discharge for the same. I devise my [describe the property fully] free of duty, unto the Royal Albert Asylum at Lancaster, for all my estate and interest therein, the same to be for the absolute use and benefit of the said Institution and applicable for the purposes thereof.* * Until lately a Testator could give only money to a Charitable Institution, but now, by a recent Act of Parliament, he can give real estate (that is land, houses and other buildings, and chief rents) as well as money to such an Institution.
