    XIV.] The Public Health (Ships, &c.) Ad, i8$5. to every riparian authority which is by the order or otherwise required to contribute to the expenses of the port sanitary authority, and if before such day notice in writing shall be received by the Local Government Board from any such riparian authority objecting to the order, and such notice is not withdrawn before such day, the order shall be deemed to be a provisional order duly made by the Local Government Board under the priucipal Act, and in the event of its being confirmed by Parliament shall come into operation on such day as may be provided in that behalf in the Act confirming it. Any order made under this section may, if the same has not become a provisional order, be repealed, altered, or amended by any subsequent order made by the Local Government Board. SCHEDULE.
