![848. Green glazed steatite Scarab, of type A 3, in original gold setting as the bezel of a gold ring, of flattened section (perhaps originally made for an earring), with wire attachment. Round the sides of the setting is a beaded line. On the base of the scarab is inscribed the prenomen of Thothmes III between two maat-ieathers and two zz^-signs, as before. XVIIIth dynasty.
