Seen repeatedly since, and no change; carefully examined by Mr. Ogilvie on March Gth, 1900, K. 1%, L. ; teeth very good, enamel perfect. Four children. VI (31) Annie Kimber, ad. 29 years. Seen March 23rd, 1906. Makes no complaint of her sight, though V. of 11. is only g-jj- and of L. .fj; refraction II. As., but no opportunity of working it out yet. Central symmeti-ical cataracts so very faint that they might easily be over- looked, the fundus being easily seen in all its fine details through the o|)acity ; no stippling or granular appear- ance ; the opacity aj)])ears simply as a flat circular disc of homogeneous haze ; in size ami ])crfect regularity of out- line they are like the ty])c. There are also a few jieriphenil smudges of opacity. Teeth veiy good ; one child only. AMI (8) Annie Kimber, mt. 10 years. A^., R. H. As. not worked out. Centi’al veiy faint, circular cataracts exactly like tho.se in her mother (A^I, 31) ; in L. eye there is, in addition, a small pin-point opacitj’ close to inner circumference of the circular patch, but lying slightly in front of the latter, as is proved by the paral- lactic test. A'l (32) AVilliam Coppock, mt. 24 years. Attended in 1901, but no notes were taken. April 30th, 1900, symmetrical circular cataracts, somewhat granular, and not very dense—t. e. intermediate in size and other characters between the small grannlar and large trans- ])arent forms; fundus seen fairly well through the opacity.
