![REPORT OF THE PARLIAMENTARY COMMITTEE OF THE LOYAL NATIONAL EEPEAL ASSOCIATION ON THE BILL FOR REGULATING THE PROFESSION OF PHYSIC & SURGERY. [Resolved—That that the following communication from Dr. Gray, relative to the ‘ Bill for regulating the Profession of Physic and Surgery^' recently introduced into the House of Commons by Sir James Graham, be adopted as the Report of this Committee.”] In examining the provisions of a bill such as that now under consideration, purporting to regulate the prac¬ tice of Physic and Surgery, and to legislate definitively for a numerous and important profession, the bearing of its several clauses should be investigated with the utmost deliberation. It will be admitted that the medical profes¬ sion includes a large proportion of the intellect and educar- tion of these kingdoms, and that the efficient discharge of the duties connected with it, are of the deepest interest to the public.
