    Tenders for executing the proposed Buildings and Works, your Committee received Tenders from the undermentioned three of those persons, viz.: From Mr. George Munday, of Old) £ Ford, amounting to j 14,250 Mr. William Cubitt (the contractor] for building the Asylum; and] '-^^^OO Mr. HughM'Intosh,of Bloomsbury | Square J ll>24o Your Committee have not accepted either of the above men- tioned Tenders, not being empowered to do so ; but they have conditionally agreed to accept the lowest of them, provided they shall this day receive (as they confidently anticipate) the autho- rity of the Court for that purpose.
