    Loss of end of nose repaired by flaps from cheeks. [Same case as previous figure.] of the organ. This incision opens the nasal cham- bers and enables the surgeon to pull down the tip of the nose, so that the plane of the nostrils is hori- w jM Portion of ala of nose ma^.e from tip of linger. (JL»r. J. P. Tunis' case.) The notch in the new ala was subsequently- repaired by the author with a flap taken from the cheek.
