    I have made systematic inspections of all the various parts of the City at different times throughout the year, but have found nothing, except what is mentioned above, that seems to call for special comment. I beg to thank his Worship the Mayor and all the Members of the Council for their uniform courtesy and consideration. My thanks are also due to the Town Clerk, the Inspector of Nuisances, the Surveyor, and all other Officials for their valuable assistance and co-operation.
