Items were in the true, not true form. The questionnaire was filled out by the teacher most famiKar with S. [. . .] After completion of subject testing in 1964, an alarm network was established to detect subjects who broke down. Under the national health insurance program, each subject had a family doctor. These physicians were alerted to the fact that their patients were participants in the project and were requested to provide information concerning future contacts with the subjects.
