As an Inducement to the feveral Didricts V . to compleat their Buildings and make them fit for the Reception of the Poor within the Two Years: The’Act may direct a Sum of Money to be raifed by Lotteries within the Two Years, or in fuch other manner as (hall be thought more proper, and diftributed at the end of the Two Years amongft fuch Didricts as mall within that time have finished, com- pleated, docked and furnifhed the neceflary Buildings directed by the Act, in the Pro¬ portions which each Diftrict hath paid for their Poor on a Medium in the lad Four Years; the Accounts of the medium Sums to be tranfinitted by the Judices to the Treafury, when they have fettled them; this Money to be applied by the Treafurer of each Dis¬ trict in difeharging fo much of the Money borrowed for purchaiing the Lands and erect¬ ing the Buddings.
