![[5] Didri&s as they conveniently can, and upon a Common or Wade, if any lie contiguous, and the Content of the Lord of the Manor can be obtained. Such Lands or Buildings never to be affeffed at a higher Value or improved Rent than at the T ine of fuch Purchafe. The Value of fuch Wade or Common- Land to be fettled by a Jury to be fummoned out of the next adjacent Diftrid; one Part of the Money at which the fame fhall be valued to be paid to the Lord of the Manor, and the Remainder to be applied in eafe of the Poors Rates in the Parifh or Place where fuch Common lies, if the Oc¬ cupiers of all the inclofed Lands in fuch Parifh or Place have Right of Common on* fuch Wades; if not, to be diftributed to each Freeholder in proportion to his Right of Common ; the Proportions to be fettled by Three indifferent Perfons to be named by fuch Jury, fuch Common and Wade-Land to be inclofed from the other Part of the Common or Wade, as foon as conveniently may be after the Purchafe-Money fhall be paid, or duly tendered to the Perfons intitled to receive the fame.
