    The Gruel is made in the following proportions, viz:—lOlbs. of Groats to 6 gallons of Milk for 100 Patients, Soup is thickened with Peas, Tear! Barley, Rice, and Vegetables. Tea lib. Sugar 41b. Milk 3 gallons for 100 Patients. The Patients employed, both Males and Females, have full generous diet.
