It is declared that the deed of the 4th of Jan[ua]ry 1726 was a complete & effectual disposition and settlem[en]t of the Estate of Bargaly by Andrew Heron. Ord[ere]d & adj[udge]d that the interlo[cuto]rs complained of be reversed, and that the cause be remitted back to the court of sessions to proceed accordingly.'
