' Harveian Society, sixty-seventh festival, Barry'3 Hotel, 12th April, 1848, —inter alia, Mr. John J-cott, W.S., son of the late esteemed honorary asso- ciate of the Society, having sung with much approbation, it ivas proposed that the degree of Dootor Hilaritatis should be forthwith voted to him, which was seconded, and unanimously agreed to; and a committee was named to prepare a diploma to be presented to him at next annual festival.
