The past year has been one of great anxiety to the Council, inasmuch as the scheme proposed by the original circular of the Society was so vast, that the Council at first nearly despaired of being able to carry it'Otit in all its particulars. The Council now beg to submit a few remarks on each of the objects for which the Society was fouhded, and also to add some suggiestions for the consideration of the Society. Meetings.
