    TWO FORMS OF BEQUEST. (1) Where money, stocks, or securities are concerned. 6 I give and bequeath unto the Treasurer or Treasurers for the time being of The East End Maternity Hospital (formerly the East End Mothers’ Lying-in Home), which is situated at Nos. 384, 386, 388, 390, 392, 394, 396 & 398, Commercial Road, London, E. 1, the sum of £.sterling, free of Legacy Duty. And I direct that the receipt of the Treasurer or T reasurers for the time being of the said Hospital shall be a sufficient discharge for the Legacy, which is to be applied to the general purposes of the said Hospital. (2) Where lands or houses are concerned. 1 give unto the Treasurer or Treasurers for the time being of The East End Maternity Hospital (formerly the East End Mothers’ Lying-in Home), which is situated at Nos. 384, 386, 388, 390, 392, 394, 396 & 398, Commercial Road, London, E. 1, all those lands, houses, and premises, known as [here describe them by situation, boundaries, extent and occupation as nearly as possible], to be sold or held by the said Treasurer or Treasurers, as he or they think proper, for the benefit of the said Hospital. [The Will or Codicil giving the Bequest must be signed by the Testator (or Testatrix) in the presence of two Witnesses, who must be present at the same time, and subscribe their names in his (or her) presence, and in the presence of each other.]
