Ihe number of deachs aotified for the seven principal zymotic diseases were 28, viz.: measles 16, scarlet fever 1, diphtheria b, enteric fevei 3, diarrhoea 5 (2 of which were imported with their fatal disease upon them), and whooping cough 3.^ Deducting the 2 imported deaths from diarrhoea, the zymotic death rate for 1907 was I’O per 1,000.
