But the moft general, and therefore, the moft important objeft of our attention, is to remove early obftruclions, of the Lym¬ phatic glands, in the mefentery. This feems to be the region in moft cafes of young fubjefts (I mean under the age of fix years) that is primarily affe&ed, and it often lays the foundation of difeafe for the reft of their lives.
