![FISH-FRYING- PREMISES The two Fish Frying Premises in this Area received routine inspections ng the year, and I an pleased to ho able to report that the conditions ining therein are satisfactory. There have been no further major alterations worthy of note carried to either of these premises during the period under review. Both these fish frying establishments have been completely modernised • the last few years and now they comply in all respects with the Food .one Regulations. The procedure of Voluntary Surrender has continued to work satisfactorily in no instance has it been neoossary for no to take Statutory j.ction over tho .donation of diseased or unsound fish. BAKEHOUSES As will bo seen from my statistics under G-onera] Sanitary Administration ;he commencement of this report, there is now only one bakehouse in use in the csworth Urban District and I can only continue to bring to your notice each ? the conditions prevailing in this establishment. No further actual lotural improvcinents have been carried out to this Wirksworth Bakehouse ^here business is still carried on in very grin surroundings with little room for 3nsion. I can only repeat what I have reported to you in previous years that Duld dearly like to see these premises either brought up to the modem standards enjoyed by the majority of the workers in this industry, or, alternatively, cease 3G used. However, the standard of bread and confectionnry produced from these premises 3ars to be of good quality and I have had no complaints whatsoever from the public Lng the period under review. 37.](https://iiif.wellcomecollection.org/image/b30285732_0077.jp2/full/800%2C/0/default.jpg)
