A short time ago, a clergyman who is constantly travelling and preaching at various centres, told us that since he has used Menthol Lozenges he has never been troubled with colds ; before he knew of them he was always taking “colds in his head.” Another thing for which they have been found especially useful is a congested feeling in the chest. Many know how irritable and unpleasant this is. One or two lozenges allowed to slowly dissolve in the mouth gives almost immediate relief. Shortness of breath, too, such as is common in Asthma and Bronchitis, is promptly alleviated by these useful lozenges. MISTOLE Is a positive cure for Rheumatism, Sciatica, Lum bago, &c., an immediate relief for Neuralgia, Face- ache, Headache, and all pain proceeding from cold, chills, or damp. It is a mixture of certain cele¬ brated Eastern Oils, famous for their healing properties, used for years with unvarying success. It is applied by rubbing it well in with the tips of the fingers on the parts affected on the body and head, for rheumatic affections and neuralgia. Rub a little on the gums in cases of toothache, and it will allay the pain, and allow the sufferer to obtain rest. It is pleasing to the senses and most sooth¬ ing to overworked or tired professional or business men. A few drops on a little cotton wool, placed in the ear, will drive away neuralgia or the most acute earache. G.
