SECTION VII—SMALLPOX (1) Name of Isolation Hospital to which smallpox cases are sent from the district. Penrhys Smallpox Hos])ital, Rhondda. (2) Arrangement for transport of snch cases to the hospital hy ambulance giving the name of the Authority responsible for the ambulance and the vaccinal state of the ambulance crews. The local Ambulance Service of the County Borough of Newport would convey patients to Hospital.
