That a moiety of the apprentice-fee (feeRule 59) fhall be appropriated to the purchafe of books and anato- mical preparations; and that fubfcriptions, donations, and bequefls fhall be accepted. lor. That no books fhall be purchafed, but fuch as fliall be recommended to the houfe-committee by a majo- rity of the phyficians and furgeons of the Infirmary. 102. That the library fhall be open to the governors, and to the medical and chirurgical attendants on the In- firmary, from nine o'clock in the morning till four o'clock in the afternoon. 103.
