A third : Who fo to heav'n dire&s his eies, And but beholds the fplendor of the skies, (Almoft incredible) and doth not find, There muft of force be an Intelligent mind, To guide and gouerneall things 2 A fourth thus: (and the moft learned of them, doth difcuffe ; Sceming amongft the Heathen moft to know) There is a God, from whom all good things flow. To fing to the great God let’s neuer ceafe, Who gouerns Cities, People, and gown’d Peace’: He the dull Earth doth quicken; or make tame The Tempefts, and the windy Seasreclaime : He hath the gquernment of States, can quell Both godsand men; his pow’r is feene in Hell ; Whole magnitude all vifible things difplay, He gouerns them withan impartial fway.
