King and Lochee, May 5th, 1806, to July 19th, 1806, 8vo., Af. calf, 1806 410 This most extraordinary collection of curiosities, valued at the time at £53,000, included a number of specimens from the South Sea Islands, New Zealand and Australia, and had several references to articles associated with Captain Cook, e.g , last day’s sale, lot 8, *‘ the identical superb feathered cloak and helmet with which the celebrated Capt.
