The confession made by a Greek soldier who was captured, and who had been with the Dutch fleet under Jaque Ermiet, concerning the Dutch losses, their rations, and other matters. The relation traces the move- ments of this Dutch fleet from its leaving Holland on April 29, 1624, its touching at the Guinea Coast, sailing round into the “South Sea,” and the sending of a vessel to Count Maurice of Nassau telling him of the expedition’s progress, etc. [144] CASTANEDA, LENOIR, WARDEN, FARCY, and ST.
