Turban Gcrnhardt Classification. Stum; 1.—Disease of slight severity, limited to small areas on either side, which in the case of infection of Iwth apices does not extend below the spine of the scapula or the clavicle, or in the case of affection of the .tjK X of one lung, does not extend below the second rib in front. Stage II. —Disease of slight severity, more extensive than Stage I., but affecting at most the whole of one lolx-. or severe disease extending at most to the half of one lobe. Stage III.—All cases of greater severity than Group II.. and all these with considerable cavities.
