    IV. Upon the payment of a legacy or dona- don of Fifty Pounds, or more, to this Charity, the perfon appointed to pay the fame (hall be a Governor for Life. V. Governors by fending notice in writing to the Dispensary, may appoint other Governors to fign their Letters of Recommendation. f ✓ VI. A General Meeting (hall be held on the Firft Thurfday in the months of January, April, July, and Odlober, at which Meetings Seven Go¬ vernors Jhall conjlitute a Board, t » VII. The Prefident, Vice Prefidents, and Treafurer, or any one of them, (hall have a power to call a General Meeting at any other time, giving at lead a week’s notice, by letter, to each Governor, and inferting an advertifement thereof in fome of the daily papers ; and if the Monthly Committee defire a General Meeting, the Pre^ fident, Vice Prefidents, or Treafurer, (hall call one accordingly. « VIII.
