    5. Any Proposals made at an Extraordinary Meeting and seconded, if not objected to by one in ten, shall be ballotted for immediately : if otherwise, they shall be determined at an Extraordinary Meeting, to be appoint- ed for that day se’ennight. 6. The manner of ballotting shall be as follows: Every Member who may not choose to vote having re- tired, each remaining IVIember shall receive a Ballotting Ticket, which he shall put into the Admit or Reject side of the Ballotting Box : The Secretary shall then ' count the number of Voters ; and if this be found by the President^and four Ordinary Members, summoned each Night in rotation according to their seniority, (who shall always together examine the B,etums), to corre- spond with the number of Ballotting Tickets in the Box, the President shall announce the Decision of the Ques- tion according to the proportion of Tickets in the dif- ferent sides. 7. To adopt a Proposal for appointing an Extraor- dinary Meeting, the concurrent Suffrages of not less than ONE THIRD of tlie Society shall be requisite and sufficient. 8.
