![CHAPTER XI. OF FINES, AND THE COLLECTION OF THEM. 1. The Secretary shall mark down the Name, Of- fences, and Penalties, of each Member who may have transgressed any of the Laws, in a Book to be kept for the purpose, which shall lie in one of tlie Drawers of the Library Table. 2. In the same Book such Member may appeal for the Remission of his Fines within a Fortnight after they shall have been incurred, with the exception of those incurred during the last Fortnight of the Session, pre- viously to the FiasT Extraordinary Meeting of the Committee of Fines, (See Law 50, Chap: XXII.) all A])peals for the Remission of which must be made be- FouE that Meeting. Each Member must sign his Name to the Appeal which he makes in the Fine-Book. 3.
