![public. Roused by this stimulus a meeting was con- venedj which consisted of the noblemen and gentlemen whose names are subscribed to the following docu- ment. It is right to state that those members of both houses of parliament who were governors, were sum- moned to attend. This meeting took place at the old hospital in London Wall, on 25th June, 1814, when, after a careful, minute, and impartial investigation, the following report was made.
