This is not as high as last year but during the year 48 patients were admitted over 60 years of age. The following casualty occurred during the year. W.H., fracture dislocation of right shoulder on 10/12/27, caused by a fall in the dormitory while dressing. With an average daily number of 837 patients, the fact that there was only been one casualty, is proof of the great care and attention given by the Nursing Staff to the patients, the more so, when the great age of a number of the patients is taken into consideration. One inquest was held during the year on a male patient, A.G., who was admitted on January 28th, 1920 suffering from severe Epilepsy.
