    REGULATIONS OF THE NEW TOWN DISPENSARY EEGABDING THE ATTENDANCE OF PUPILS. Firsts Each Medical Officer may have Two Pupils, who must have previously attended Medical Classes for two Winter Sessions. Second^ Applications for the situation of Pupil are to be made to the Secretary of the Medical Officers, to whom the Fees are paid. Third, Each Pupil shall pay to the funds of the Dispensary Two Pounds, Four Shillings, for Three Months, or Three Pounds, Five Shillings, for Six Months attendance. He will receive from the Secretary, along with his ticket of admission, a ruled book for registering his Patients, and a printed List of the Medicines used at the Dispensary.
