[Supplement to the Annual Report of the Michigan State Board of Health for the year 1899.] The Quarter-Centennial Celebration of the Establishment of the Michi- gan State Jioard of Health was held in accordance with Concurrent Reso- lutions of the Michigan Legislature for 1897.
