Description

Prussian nobleman and adventurer. Imprisoned in Magdeburg at the command of Frederick the Great of Prussia. Went to Paris to observe the French Revolution, perhaps commissioned by Austria. He was accused of being a spy and was guillotined on 25 July 1794
