(26) That a Lean-To house be provided in the Garden, adjoining the Sheds and Stable, for cool-house plants, and that tenders be obtained for the erection of the same. Water Trough in Fields. (27) That a Water Trough he provided in the field east of the farm buildings and that water be laid on to the same from the existing means of supply at an estimated cost of £10, to be defrayed out of the Private Patient’s Surplus Fund. Menston Beck.—Fish Poisoning. The Medical Superintendent and Farm Bailiff having reported upon a case of poisoning a large number of fish in the Beck running through and by the Asylum Estate, it was Resolved that it be recommended — (28) That proceedings be taken against the offenders under the direction of the West Riding Solicitor. New Member of Sub-Committee. Resolved that it be recommended— (29) That County Councillor M. Amcotts Wilson be placed upon the “ Farm ” Sub-Committee.
